You did not ruin Christmas three times. Rather, you held space for all the anxiety over all the things. Drones, Trump, musk, china, my daughter deployed in Qatar, the eminent collapse of the financial system… my anxiety has been running on high.
And I’ve been a yoga instructor more than twenty years. Haven’t forgotten my breathwork and meditation training.
I speed through it, with one eye watching for the next shoe to drop. Then I wonder why it won’t work.
Yikes! I’m glad you got out okay but also what the heck happened to the car?? Sometimes I’m not so sure these ultra-computerized vehicles are so great. They peaked at remote fobs and seat warmers.
