We spend our days in these bodies that seem to be an afterthought in many ways. Throughout my life I’ve been fortunate to recognize the absolute gift and value of this FLESH SUIT of AWESOMENESS.
You’re well aware you can’t take this (or anything) with you when you go and you know (and have likely experienced) the incredible shiftiness of aging in your body.
It’s beautiful and sobering all at once.
Gathering the data and getting my blood panels done twice a year has been eye-opening to say the least … A few months back we noted that my bone density and magnesium levels were lower than previously recorded …
