“The things you care the most about are the things you think the most about and the things you think the most about are the things you’ve done the most damage to…because you’ve been sloppy in your thinking.” -Abraham Hicks
oof.
Before you tell me that Abraham Hicks is a farce or what have you, let me say, I hear you AND I ALSO SUBSCRIBE to nearly all they share because my intuition feels understood and seen in a way that works for me right now. I reserve the right to change my mind at any time (and so should you, specifically when you see/feel you’ve been duped or misguided. Be the person that can admit you didn’t know what you didn’t know and own it.)
Worrying, stewing, and retelling the story over and over again loads the problem with sloppy, undirected energy. Maybe you’re like me, I will bulldoze the situation with more and more thoughts until I catch myself in the act and recalibrate.
When we experience these gritty emotions it’s just energy hitting a road block via a belief that doesn’t align with you, at your core. Being undecided is the worst feeling ever. It feels like torture. You’ve got to look at how powerful your desires are and WHY…your desires are backed up by the divine energy of life itself. They say you’ve got about 15 seconds of thinking a thought before neuro pathways start to bind to one another, sealing it in. Imagine if you’re spending an entire morning, day, weekend, hashing out the nasty details of this undirected worried and stressed energy.
Double oof.
Untangling those synapses takes time and effort. When we desire something and we don’t move toward it there is a blockage that causes more and more discomfort. Beliefs are hard wired because of our long standing habits and way of thinking.
Some are beautiful. Some are just familiar.
When I feel insecure, I get more critical of myself and others. I start a narrative in my thinking mind…it’s an old script and I recognize it faster and faster the older I get. This girl’s a real brat. Maybe you can relate…
For example…
I had a book signing on Sunday, a photoshoot on Monday, teach classes, train clients, and record content on Tuesday, drive an hour to visit my cyber-security genius friend to “clean up my MacBook” on Wednesday, and then we leave for NYC and South Africa on Thursday morning.
There’s been a lot to process and my sloppy thinking has done a number on me this week. Just today… (Monday) I’ve started damage control. I knew the sloppy thoughts were happening but after today’s photoshoot I had a little chat with “Bratty Nicole” on our drive home.
“Thanks for keeping it interesting and giving me content for my weekly email Bratastic Nicole, but I’m all done now. You can go. I’m releasing you.”
Oddly, tonight I feel better.
My blessings leave me with a busy schedule.
Do I need to complain about that? no.
Is it frustrating to have to admit this? yes.
Am I responsible for my feelings and how I manage them? also yes.
Is it worthwhile to keep inventory on yourself? duh.
Is sloppy thinking a thing of the past? mehhh, we’ll see.
If my desires and my joy are sullied by beliefs that contradict my highest good, at least I have a strategy. As for today, I caught the slop and I reset.
That’s what an active, card carrying member is required to do.
OKAYILOVEYOUBYEEE,

This program is made to be digestible and accessible above all else. If you consider how quickly 35 minutes goes by and just how much we can accomplish in that time, you know it's a sweet deal.
Every class begins and ends with CARS. We have cardio dance breaks in each session and all the classes go up ON DEMAND if you can't make it live. This is a perfect "fill your own cup" sort of commitment and I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU! I mean it.
We have an optional, but awesome, Instagram chat group where we connect to check in and vent! Bring your booty band, light and heavy weights, a bench or chair and let's partaaay.
Fill your own cup and watch what happens. Book it here.
