The world may not need another podcast but we’re giving it a go, regardless.

Confession: I’ve alllllllways wanted my own radio show.

You’ll hear about that sappy story on solo-cast #1 but this has been a long time coming and turns out, it’s kinda scary … I normally say things and ‘hope’ they expire in 24 hours but now we have a living, breathing platform for Nicole’s special story telling and MORE IMPORTANTLY the exceptional people I’ll be speaking with starting this week.

We have such a fun line up of experts and truly interesting people coming to share their time, experiences and valuable advice. It’s THRILLING. I’ll be dropping new episodes today through Friday!

I do need your help (again)… Im not great at asking for help in the first place so my level of discomfort as I type this is a searing 9 out of 10 right now.

pps. I’M HOLDING A FREE BIRTHDAY CLASS (virtually of course) ON SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 3RD 7:15am pst/10:15am est. It will be the 45 min full body strength training class I offer in my Monthly FIT groups. We begin and end with CARS to warm up the joints we’ll be training. Then we’ll strength train lower and upper body. There are 2 dance breaks in this class which are like freestyle meets you on the dance floor at a really good wedding meets jazzercise. Then we’ll close with a 5-7 min guided meditation. It’s a blast and it’s donation only … drop a birthday tip or just show up.
