This is what happens when you push your own boundaries and explore your outer limits for growth with your business mentor for a full 8 hours and then simultaneously scratch everything you wrote 2 days ago at the 11th hour because it doesn’t feel relevant anymore.

Also I want to share that this intensive work that we are doing is profound.

If you haven’t taken time to identify a mentor, invest in your health/self (hi. pick me.), or explore your purpose, this is your bold and slightly bossy reminder to get on it. We uncovered a theme in my work and in my programming and quite frankly, it flys out of my mouth at least once a day —> BEGIN AGAIN. That’s always an available option for you. It’s not the end of the road nor is your future set in stone because my friend, you’ve been given a special secret super power called … wait for it … CHOICE. As long as you have the ability to make a choice, you’re free to expand or contract. My hope is that this week you’ll actively choose to begin again. Maybe it’s no blue light before bed. Maybe it’s a full glass of water before each meal. Maybe it’s creating a plan of action to really shake some shiz up in your life. Beginning again is not failure. It’s a blessing.
